Nonnie is the classic "ugly duckling turned swan". Barely noticed as a youngster, she has bloomed into a beautiful doe who represents everything that we look for in a miniature dairy goat. Nonnie is very dairy and angular, with exceptional skin and ribbing and strong feet and legs. Her udder is truly her crowning glory, being very capacious, high and wide, with a well-extended, perfectly smooth foreudder and plumb teats, tho they could be better delineated. It's also butter-soft, which makes her very easy to milk and collapses down to nothing.
Nonnie earned her AGS MCH in her first season as a first freshener, and came back to the showring as a 6 year old to finish her championship under ADGA as well.
Nonnie earned her milking star as a first freshener on a one-day test with 3.8 pounds of 5.75% butterfat milk, and as a 3rd freshener produced an outstanding 6 pounds with 5.07% butterfat on one-day test. This test earned her the number ONE spot for milk production on the AGS 2003 Top Ten One-Day Test Awards.
